found out it was quite easy to do, and in three simple steps
The quick steps are
1.) call 1-877-722-3755, either from DSL number or punch in the dsl number when it prompts for it
2.) When you hear "Main menu" and after the prompt gets done talking say "Password Reset"
3.) It will ask you some security questions, just answer the questions required and you should be good to go.

3.) In the subject line put this :
[Password reset failure]4.) include the following
• ID to reset
• contact number
• alternate contact number
5.) have the following ready when we call
• security code
• If prompted or requested last 4 of SSN if required
We urge you to try the IVR first for it seems that most so far have found it quite quick, and it's available 24 hours a day.
