| We are working with law enforcement agencies on this matter This PR response is so by the book, almost as if it's copy/pasted. Only problem is that in it's appeal to those customers seeking retribution for their CC's getting out, it only amuses customers who are more IT oriented or have a bit of intelligence. Reason is because MaddoX is in Russia which should be enough alone, then there is a fact that you have to find him... I am sure Valve guys realize it and in reality this issue went no further then couple jokes at lunch time yesterday. | |

But, from each article I have read dealing with this issue it is explained that the Cafe application "people" were hacked, not valve itself. Although this Maddox person tries to allude that he has indeed hacked Valve by expressing he has stolen several "free" games. Although my understanding of the article could be flawed. | |
