Subscribers to Time Warner Cable's high-speed Road Runner Internet service now can send e-mails with 45-second video greetings attached.

The recipient does not have to be a Road Runner user but must have a high-speed Internet connection, Time Warner said. Also, the service isn't currently able to allow Macintosh users to create the e-mails, but they can receive them.
