| | Canadians revolt over draconian internet privacy bill Interesting that he renamed the Lawful Access Act to The Protecting Children from Internet Predators Act. Lamar Smith, of SOPA infamy, has a "track everyone online" bill also called the Protecting Children from Internet Pornographers Act of 2011. In both cases, it's obvious that they're using children as excuses and pawns to ram their bills through. (Because anyone who opposes them are obviously pro-child-porn, right?)
