Study to focus on water park where four drowned

FORT WORTH, Texas A study of the water garden in Texas where four Illinoisans drowned is scheduled to arrive at Fort Worth's City Hall today.

The report by the engineering firm Freese and Nichols is to be made public after it's presented to the City Council during a closed session tomorrow.

I Can See the Future

They'll spend $100,000 for a study that will say:

It's possible to fall in. If you fall in it's possible to drown. We should put up better guardrails.

Wouldn't the money be better spent FIXING the problem rather than studying it?
