| Re: Decrease in spam According to one article I read on the matter, Telia was a backup provider for McColo in case of a massive network failure. McColo sat out for 4 days probably figuring no one works on Saturday and ramped up their backup connection on Saturday morning thinking no one will do anything until Monday. | |

| as far as i know, they don't need to be charged with a crime for their internet connection to be pulled, until they find a new ISP. i'm pretty sure every ISP as something that resembles an 'acceptable use policy' and voilating it could result in the termination of services. | |
