Sanford Wallace pioneered junk faxing and spam in the 1990s. A few years back he "reformed" himself by getting out of the spam business, and into the spyware business, where he was subsequently busted by the FTC for pushing spyware removal software that actually installed spyware. Now Wallace has gone back to his roots. He is being sued by Myspace for phishing and spamming MySpace users in violation of the Can Spam Act and California law.
