SATELLITE -- Arianspaces' fifth and final Ariane 5 satellite set to launch this year has started its build-up at Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana. The mission - set for a December liftoff - will involve two spacecraft for U.S. operators. Scheduled for launch will be WildBlue Communication's WildBlue-1 and SES Americom's AMC-18.
