It is definitely a bad bill, just as bad as the one which would ban local governments from offering Internet service because it attempts to extend federal authority where it does not belong.

Ouch, pnh102 takes side with the greedy corporations, dares to say it's bad when people get something for less or - OMG! - free, not paying money for the corporations? What a suprise...
Business as usual. Living here for many long years I got used to the stupid idiotic idea of 'free market tops everything', it's been proven absolutely bad in many areas but I'm quite surprised when now a muni-wireless amendment is called bad by armchair economy/legal experts - ROFLMAO. It's sooo obviously a lie...

What a suprise... I would never support a corporation that wasn't greedy! And are you really certain this is free service? After all, you were the one who was claiming Gmail wasn't free because it contained ads? -- Rove / Rumsfeld 2008!
