And no, I do not condemn piracy at all. If I purchase something, it is MINE to do whatever I like EXCEPT FOR DISTRIBUTING OVER THE INTERNET WHICH I WILL NOT DO.

Fortunately the worst they can do to a person is void their warranty.

Though to be fair I never signed anything when I got my wifi galaxy tab that said I could not root it and install a custom rom. no EULA at initial bootup. so nothing signed.
