Microsoft slams Google as not caring about privacy

»news.cnet.com/8301-1009_3-100293···-1_3-0-5
Google's approach to privacy is a decade behind Microsoft, the Redmond software giant's chief privacy strategist told ZDNet Australia on Thursday in a video interview.

Cullen said that Google had not invested enough to build privacy into its products, citing Street View, as a prime example.

Google's lead engineer for its Maps application Lars Rasmussen has previously brushed off criticisms of its approach to privacy.

Google did not respond to requests for comment.
Google certainly has shown a cavalier attitude to privacy. »www.marketwatch.com/news/story/g···ist=hppr
Google's privacy statements yesterday came on the heels of comments by Google "Evangelist" Vint Cerf to the Washington Technology Alliance's annual luncheon in May where he explained that "nothing you do ever goes away, and nothing you do ever escapes notice... There isn't any privacy, get over it."

TK, I'm a Republican like, well maybe similar to you.

I like your patriotic elephant and all, but something bothers me about him. Every time I look at him it seems as if he is saying to me "F*ck you buddy, up yours".

I don't know why it get this vibe from him, but I think it has something to do with his trunk movement.

The trunk movement also reminds me of poor Timo. Up in the a**hole of Timo!
