Chief Says He May Do Nothing With List

DALLAS -- Dallas police Chief David Kunkle said he hasn't decided what to do with a list of 20 potential "problem" officers.
Kunkle asked for the list of officers with the most internal affairs investigations.
NBC 5 obtained the same list, which shows an officer with the thickest file had 39 incidents since 1991, but many of them were "inconclusive."
"Some of the officers with complaints were administrative complaints, not involving interaction with the citizens. So we need to look at it all in its totality," Kunkle said.
