D-Link claims this is the first USB card that works on both platforms. It is interesting to note why other other manufacturers did not develop MAC drivers for their units. There is no technical challange but it shows that most PC manufacturers do not spend extra R&D to create MAC drivers. It looks like D-Link is trying to locate another revenue stream as the Windows PC market is getting congested with similar products while MAC market is relatively competition free.
