| Re: wow.... Not so ridiculous in AZ when 25% of the population is Hispanic and some subset doesn't speak English. I know, I know... you come to this country - learn the language. I agree, but it is not reality. -- Of all the people I know... you're one of them. | |

Well, one department doesn't stop what it's doing just because another is working on something else. The people doing the billing probably couldn't help on whatever it is you are talking about. So, they just keep on improving their corner of the world. Does that make sense? You can't move folks with one set of expertise to work on a problem they have no knowledge of. BTW.. they are talking about the bill being in Spanish; not a voicemail system. 'nuff said! -- Of all the people I know... you're one of them. | |

| Re: y start somethin new whenu still got probs Because Cox sells more than HSI. They have cable TV and phone customers. Besides, if you ran a company, would you STOP bringing on new customers? If so, you would be out of business fast! -- Of all the people I know... you're one of them. | |

| Re: y start somethin new whenu still got probs i undertand that too, and odds are i wouldnt but i also wouldnt blame the customers setup or the game servers or some other 3rd party route, i would actually go to the customers house play the game c the prob and fix it, and play the game some more;) and if it was a 3rd party route send a corporate email to them saying that one of there routers is out insteda of leaving the customer out to dry! | |
