Charter Taps TVN for VOD

Charter Communications, Inc. and TVN Entertainment Corporation, a leading digital content programming, distribution and management company, today announced an agreement whereby Charter will integrate and deploy TVN's VOD platform and programming to all Charter sites with current and planned deployments of VOD and SVOD services.

Help! Does Charter Support The Shark Fin 3CR29241

I got a 3com Shark Fin for $74, but can't get it to work. I saw on this site that the 3CR29241 (the one I purchased) isn't listed as supported. Does this mean it won't work? It won't "sing" like the current shark fin I'm renting for the cable com. Can't ping or get it to do anything. Help! Thanks.

You might want to call your local office to get the modem provisioned.
