The eye surgeons should love this one - they can clean up on cataract surgery when Oakley customers reach their 40's. My Web PageMy BlogJoin Red Room Forum I don't think the radiation would be beamed more into your eyeballs than it is with a cellphone.
The glasses would be really cool if they had some sort of HUD so you could select mp3 tracks and stuff. I might actually consider buying those. -- Team [ASA] | Bandwagon Patriot since 9/11/01

| Actually the sunglasses block the sun's radiation/ultra violet rays from reaching your eyes. Most electronical devices dont emit radiation but rather emit high frequency signals. They are two completely different things. Also you must be pretty stupid to believe that someone would make sunglasses to expose your eyes to radiation. | |

The Bluetooth feature would be great, though. It could beam a message to your Bluetooth enabled cellphone, to let you know everything is OK.

This is the new male Bluetooth enabled micro-fiber support garment. The female version will be out in the very near future. It has important functions in addition to the usual Bluetooth connectivity. The most interesting is the function of being able to discreetly reveal the gender of the wearer to another person wearing the Bluetooth brief. this is an important function at a cross dressing party. -- Real Men use Vacuum tubes, 25 pound filament transformers, and plate voltages no less then 2400 volts...BPL I'm coming to get you

| Re: Stereo support? Bluetooth has its niche. I have a T3 with an 802.11 SD card. Using the card sucks the batteries down in a matter of an hour or two. As a result, I typically only use it for brief periods to Hotsync when I'm not at my desk--which makes it pretty ineffective considering the cost of the card. I can leave BT on in use all day.
Unless/until they come up with standards to make Wi-Fi more power scalable, BT will be around. It was designed from the start to use very little power, Wi-fi wasn't. In devices where energy availability isn't infinite, Wi-fi is at a disadvantage. -- When people are free to do as they please, they usually imitate each other.

1 edit | Re: one word... I think this is great! I alrady have the hs810 motorola headset and i love it with my v710. Integrating these features into any other electronic devices with bluetooth would be great! How nice would it be to see your phones menu and options while wearing the glasses and just talkin all the time! Makes you think how long a standard phone will exist. Atleast some companies wanna make new products that we can be interested in not like the rest milkin' corp eaters! thinkin about these devices makes me wet in pants
