Crews are building a makeshift gravel road to lead to the scene of a train derailment in Holly Township Wednesday. A 22-car train derailed in Holly Township after floodwaters reportedly washed out a line of railroad tracks. The lead nine cars and two engines of the freight train went into the water around 1:30 a.m. Three of seven propane tankers derailed, but are reportedly not leaking. The cars on their sides were hauling car parts.
