Officials estimated Sunday that more than 10,000 gallons of oil flowed into the Rouge River during the last five days, the largest spill on Great Lakes waterways in a decade. The Coast Guard contained the oil to the Rouge River and that there were only "little tiny pockets here and there to be cleaned up along the Detroit River."
