Included among the record industry's most recent batch of lawsuits was an 83 year old recently deceased woman who had never had a computer in her home, reports West Virginian news outlets. The RIAA suit claimed she went by the username "smittenedkitten", and had some 700 pirated songs available for download. "We will now, of course, obviously dismiss this case," says an RIAA spokesman.
