Entertainment industry mega-bill

Congress is considering a new bill that answers several entertainment industry concerns in one fell swoop, doing the work of several previously proposed (and rejected) bills. According to Wired, HR2391 could ban users from skipping commercials on their Tivo, impose harsh penalties for p2p users, proposes prison time for movie attendees with video cameras, and would allow the DOJ to file civil lawsuits against file traders.
