Nice to have list all in one place; nothing in NJ
Muniwireless has done a service by putting everything in one place. After going thru the list it looks like Calif, Michigan, & Washington are well represented. But I don't see NJ in any of the different categories. I guess the fact that we are already blanketed with both cable and DSL broadband, wireless isn't getting any interest at all. -- -- Join Red Room Forum My Web Page Conrail Photo Album
Funny thing is, in big cities, theres already a wide open WiFi out there with people not securing their wirless routers haha. This is destinied to fail. Theres nothing like having a a dedicated wired broadband connection.
Secondly, most of these projects are highly subsidized. Let's see how the tax payers feel about that at the polls. The ones who aren't fed by tax payer dollars will fail. There isn't enough revenue on the table to keep these operations viable.
