FOUNDER:
Etheric was founded by a senior wireless research scientist, Alexander Hagan, who is dedicated to deploying technologies that our telecoms have dragged their feet to deploy. WHAT DIFFERENTIATES ETHERIC FROM ALL OTHER BROADBAND AND WIRELESS PROVIDERS:
To the best of our knowledge, there is no ISP in the San Francisco South Bay area that is currently offering comparable high-performance and low-latency wireless broadband service at the price-point that Etheric is offering... both in terms of infrastructure costs and monthly service rates.

REALISTIC BANDWIDTH UTILIZATION:
Etheric provides a 3.3:1 overbook ratio for Enterprise... 5:1 overbook ratio for Business... 10:1 overbook ratio for SOHO... and a 20:1 overbook ratio for Tele-Residential services. This simply means whatever your committed information rate is (10-55Mbps, 6-8Mbps, 3Mbps, 1.54Mbps, 1.5Mbps, 1Mbps)... therefore subscribers have access to a median bandwidth utilization of 30% for Enterprise (3.3:1)... 20% for business (5:1)... 10% for SOHO (10:1)... 5% residential (20:1) before a service plan upgrade is required. It should be noted that many DSL and cable providers typically have overbook rates of 80 to 1 or higher.

INSTALLATION NOTES:
Customers will have the option to either buy, lease, or rent wireless equipment for our longer range units. Up to $350 addtional (+ tax) maybe required over the course of the first year for our higher power and longer range units.

BUILDING MODERNIZATION: Etheric is now providing state-of-the-art connectivity modernization to modernize and improve office building broadband infrastructure. Various high-tech Internet services require low latency (e.g. Internet telephony, conferencing, video streaming, etc.) and are often compromised by dialup, satellite, ADSL and ISDN throughput. Etheric's innovative building modernization will immediately expedite Internet performance and substantially enhance utilization of the latest high-tech applications, including:

- Large file transfers to web hosts
- Remote user VPN access
- Conferencing
- Video streaming

BUILDING EXAMPLE: An office tenant paying $1,500.00/mo. for T-1 connectivity (1.54 Mbps) can upgrade to Etheric's Business Platinum (Fractional T-3) Plan with a Guaranteed Committed Data Rate of 3 Mbps and Burst Rate: 6-10 Mbps for $599.00/mo. Additionally, subscribing tenants can be up and running within (2) weeks following authorization from their building property management.
