Line Sync issues (dsl)

Hey there i'm suffering from sync issues through out the day at certain times through out the day odd times though 12pm, 4pm then between 11pm til 12am i dont have a clue what causes these issues could anyone help shed some light on this.

I have noticed after sync the SNR value stays the same or goes up or down by 0.1 my snr at the moment is 6.0, plus when i do change there are slight speed changed in sync i.e. if i was synced at 8128/448 it could change after resync to 8096/448 or 7990/448 which is odd. The modem logs just state Lcp down, Lcp allowed to come up etc.....

Extra details my IP profile remains the same 6.5 -7Mb and i still get FULL speeds. I am using a DG834Gv4 Router (netgear)

Sky Broadband - Very Slow Evening Speeds

Hi, I am on Sky Broadband Connect as I'm out of their main area. I get a good 6Mbps connection off-peak. During the evenings it's always been slower, but recently it's down to 300-500Kbps in the evenings and sometimes during the day (e.g. weekends). I can't use iPlayer, You Tube videos take ages and I can't even think about playing online with my mates.

I called Sky and they say it must be a problem with my BT exchange. (NDMAR) I called BT and they say the exchange is fine and it must be a problem with Sky. I'm stuck, but this level of service is unacceptable.

Even when slow my router shows an 8Mbit connection, but I'm just not getting it.

Thanks for any help or advice. Is there any point in changing ISPs? Is this just a question of being stuck in a rural area with too many people using broadband?

[ADSL] G4tv the same as Hulu, cant access the video player...

Evening all!
Hi, well umm i have a bit of a mundane question buts itsa qestion that does require help please :)
Im from London and I know than no one outside Us, can access Hulu; but is it the same for the site G3Tv.com?
Or is it just my laptop? I mailed the forum administrators and even posted a messege on the forum, but not sre if i got a reply as I was never able to log back in due to my verification e-mail not been sent!
This is the link to the site 'http://video.tvguide.com/Paley+Center+2005/Paley+Center+2005+Veronica+Mars+3/2735788?autoplay=true&partnerid=OVG'
Everytime I press play, the screen just stays blank. Then after a few minutes it suddenly stops 'playing' and asks to be resumed, nothing even played on the screen! I know this is quite trivial compared to some of the other questions, but the interviews and clips is of a cancelled show and I cant seem to find clips/interviews of the ones I want from this site anywherelse. Yes it quite sad, :o but if anyone could kindly help, I would be grateful and if anyone wants any kind of help from than I would be glad to :D

[Cable] Is it right?

OK, so i went on my netgear router settings page (192.168.0.1) to forward some ports for a steam game, i noticed it said that my connection download speed was
8388 Kb/s which i assume to believe is 3.2Mb/s. but when ever Im downloading software or games off IE it says the download rate is 250 Kb/s!!! Is this IE being rubbish or something or is netgear giving a false reading.

Do you have any ideas what it might be?
