| what version of enternet do you have? i had the same problem, i upgraded from win98 to winME and i couldn't connect to the net, and my computer would freeze whenever i tried. i emailed tech support and they told me that i need enternet 300 version 1.4, i had 1.3. the tech was nice enough to send me a link to where i can download the full version of enternet 300 v1.4(i had to switch back to win98 to download, but it was worth it, winME is the best), you should try emailing them (SWbell tech) for the software link, or you can call them, i'm sure that they will send a cd in the mail. goodluck  | |

| Same Boat My speed was cut in half in early December and has remained there since. I too was informed it was a Sprintlink router causing the problem but have since decided that it is SWBell's fault for signing up so many people without adding enough equipment to carry them all.
As for ME, mine works fine with it. I did have to upgrade to their newer software, but all has been fine since. Added ME several weeks after speed cut in half, so the two are not related. | |
