Why the persistence in getting over the 85% you are getting off the 3.0/768 package. After reading your book of a post, you moved from basic package to the higher one. And you seek that extra 10%??????
If speed is your issue, then drop a few dollars and get a T1.

Read the TOS....speed is NOT guaranteed.

I just can't fathom your willingness to waste so much time to obtain that extra 10%.

There are many that can't get 70% off the 768/128 package and are very happy with faster than dial-up speed.

So, what is your point?
