That's not typical

You were very lucky, I'm an installer for Bellsouth ADSL and they are very unorganized and unfortunatley, I have more dissatisfied customers than satisfied.

if you are an installer and cannot take care of your custmr's problems, then may i suggest to you that maybe that's the problem. rethink your job duties, and then just do your job. you may have more satisfied custmrs. i know i do.

not typical of of contract installers

bst installers has higher standards than contractors

Hey DSL Installer,
I too work for BellSouth and we should be doing our part to see more SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!! I like seeing the positive experiences with our company. In fact I think we are turning the corner on rolling this service out and we are starting to get it right more and more often. I would like to think it is a trend......
I hate to see the negative trash about our company.
Sure we are our own worse enemy, but give it a rest and fix it where you work/
