How detailed would you prefer your bill, and what type of information is missing from their website that you would like to see there?

Billing

I think he's talking about phone service billing.

I do agree (unless this has changed) that the Bills for home phone especially for long distance calling really LACKS detail. My parents also commented on this, who have Teksavvy home phone.
