After fighting AT&t this AM for more than an Hour and fifteen min., trying to get them to understand, that I wanted to be hooked back up to my telephone and cable services because of the flood in Jeffersonville IN. Yes it took that long, I finally got the order through. I made one call to Insight to get my cable hooked up, it took less than 15 min. to do so! I then inquired as to their package deal, I was told what I wanted to know, right away! I made one more call to AT&T to cancel my order and went through, Insight it cost me less and only took a short time to achieve this. Now it boils down to this AT&T is getting to big to handle coustomers and their needs! The are taking over all of the smaller phone services, and returning to the old MA bell!
