Midwest.net and One-Main SUCK!

I went with Midwest.net aka OneMain.com aka Earthlink now. I stayed with this ISP for one week. I was barely able to get a connection speed faster than your average dial up connection using DSL. I called several times getting bunk information so I cancelled Midwest and went with Globaleyes.net. I have had no complaints since switching to Globaleyes. My average download is from 40 to 60 Kbps. I can sometimes scream at 85 Kbps. Midwest (OneMain) also charged me $600 for a monthly account only suppose to cost $35.00 a month. It took me 2 months and getting a lawyer involved to get my money back. I have had no probs with Verizon and I get excellent and knowledgeable support from Globaleyes. I would suggest to anyone looking for an ISP in the So Il area to go with Globaleyes.
