| you work for the company.. Their CSR is so great that they are closing their offices in North Bay Village and transferring all calls to the Altoona office. The only reason they have people here in FL is because spanish speaking CSR agents are rare in their area in PA. Internet traffic is shapped, so as long as you only check your email and read CNN, it's great. If you update your games(WOW, city of heroes, etc), stream p2p your screwed.. go with another service. |
