| They are a bunch of thieves I called and cancelled my service the day my contract ended because I never really used the service and when I did the voice clarity was always choppy. They constantly blamed it on my internet connection through comcast, but my cell phone is wifi enabled and works like a champ over it so explain that one!!! Anyways a few days after cancelling they processed another monthly payment. I called because they said that i didn't owe them a dime. Turned out I didn't, and they "mistakenly" charged me for another month. They said they would reverse the change right away. it's been over a week and a half and I have called twice to see what's going on. they now are saying it'll be the 18th before they put back the money they stole out of my account. WARNING TO EVERYONE> THE SERVICE SUCKS AND THE SUPPORT IF IT COULD BE ANY WORSE I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY"D STAY AFLOAT!!!!!!!! WORSE COMPANY EVER AND I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BBB!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
