Rough Week Indeed

This was definitely a rough well for our service due to the massive influx of customers.

While I'm sure we'll have more "bumps" along the way, I'm confident that going forward it should be back to normal, reliable service 99% of the time now that we've smoothed out some issues with the first massive influx.

Update your review in a few weeks. Things should be back to normal.
