One thing people need to realize is that NOT EVERY server can accurately measure ALL speeds of internet. therefor; one test can show 15mb and another only up to 6mb. So when doing tests; do a variety. Also; while this is the norm I get; there are times of the day where it will fluctuate. Upload has almost always still been around 1mb. Download has been as slow as 9-10mb. But the latency and jitter are low enough, so I'm happy. later... mike....
Here's one to New York. As you can see, these are the farthest away, yet great ping and speed. Closer can be slower or higher pings. Part is the servers; part is the routing.
