My feelings exactly. Four months is a good test and your conclusions concur with mine. I only use my MJ for outgoing calls when the other line is tied up. I don't even think I will renew for another $20 when my 1st year is up.

While magicjack isnt the worst voip ive used their tech support isnt what it should be and the stability of their software is non existent...not a bad product, but still needs improvement

I used MamgicJack everydays without problem

Make sure you don't have a lot of application running in the background.
I used MagicJack everydays without any problem.
The audio is good and very consistent.
