Coverage Area Terrible

The coverage area offered by AT&T is terrible. I too have been told that there will be an upgrade and that has been 7 years. The customer service knowledge of what the plans are is terrible. No one at AT&T cares if you are outside the large city. The sad part is that AT&T is just the best of the bad choices.
