Much Better than Verizon, Excellent customer/tech

Had Verizon, but when they couldn't tell what the problem was, or how fast it was getting resolved, I decided to cancel the Verizon service. From the time that I ordered to the time I got Onepine was quick. They go through Covad, from the time I ordered to the first part of the installation was only one week, and the time from the installation to the router installation was only another week. Onepine offers good tech support, personalized service, requested an additional email, got it the next day. When Covad was on site, they set up the IP informaiton, and have yet to have a problem with it.

Verizon couldn't tell me my problem after three days, and they definitly couldn't tell me how long it would take to restore,so I canceled.

Onepine is great! I like the service!

Yeah, the other review is from richard northrup, who owns the NYC onepine outlet. No wonder he thinks its great.

They stopped taking support phone calls, you can only reach them via e-mail. In addition, our website is kaput.
