The sales staff was extremely unknowledgeable of the product they were pushing. It took over 4 months from sign up to installation. Northpoint techs' are contracted out and are not worth the gas they burned in the truck on the way over and EV1 does not have a clear handle on their whole process.
Since my DSL has been installed I have no complaints. The tech support has been good and my service is always up. I run at over 90% of my quoted line speed.
As I do not have access to RoadRunner here yet, this is what we tolerate. At 40 a month and everything else free, I guess you can only complain so much. |
