1) Don't you use any P2P?
-- This damn ISP is Traffic Shaping all...
-- See Wikipedia/Google it!

2) Avg Latency 250ms is good ??!!
-- Where?
-- Don't you play any games? (foreign servers)

3) Have you tried to talk to them?
-- Omnbudsman is always sleeping...

4) Ah... Just look at your packet loss... SHAME!
-- Using "Ethereal\WinShark" just to see what you are rcvg
-- is NOT against the law!

5) They use ARP...
-- This means that 5-15kbps of your bandwidth is lost!

6) Now they have someone at 224.0.0.X range "sniffing"...
-- Just install PeerGuardian2 and see how many attempts!

7) Don't even try to make video conferences...
-- You do have bandwidth, you should be able to! But...

8) Only 10% of the bdw is guaranteed.
-- Other ISP do it better = 90%.

IS THIS GOOD? FOR THAT PRICE? ARE YOU INSANE?

NetVirtua SUCKS ! - Just to prove, see this!

It's incredible! Local time (SP/SP-BR) is now 05:20h and my connection is really making me crazy!

Lost 3h trying some settings... and nothing!

Just to prove the statement above, see my results:
»/tweakr/block:···a=normal

LATENCY IS REALLY ENORMOUS! more than 310ms, without any other program running. At this local time, 05h in the morning, of a saturday... What big traffic could exist on the net? What else to say?

I've logged on with my notebook, and tested too. SAME RESULTS !
