Yes, it's one static IP and direct technical support that doesn't read from scripts. If you go to Verizon, you'll find the same service (with probably a little more questionable support) for $10/mo more than what I'm paying here. This is not your standard, dynamic IP connection as if you're a home DSL or Cable user.
