Pros: The voice quality is good, short wait times for a CSR when you call in during business hours. The usual set of features for VOIP.
Cons: Terrible web interface - very slow. Difficult to sign up. Account management pages are slow to load and list calls, setup profile, etc. NO SUPPORT nights and all day Sunday. International rate are not a bargain, average to above average cost to most overseas calls. No email or advance notice of SCHEDULED maintenance that disrupts service. Down all day today for maintenance that was SUPPOSE to be completed 5 hours ago. Lack of notice didn't allow me to forward the line in advance, and now the service is unavailable to do that. All inbound going to VMail. This is typical for them. | |

| Re: Find another service The website is being resolved. We know of the issues and our IT department is working on them. As for support at night and on sundays, well when you only get 1 call from 5pm-8pm PST a person and some may not get any, we don't get enough calls to stay open later. Saturdays we get 1 call/2 hours which doesn't give us enough calls for sunday. Sunday is an outbound time for TT or call backs. | |

| Tried it. Had to return it... I tried VoiceWing for a week. I had to return it.
The delays and echo's were horrific. It was like talking to someone over a Satellite connection.
I then used Lingo for a year. Once the contract was up, I dropped them (due to constant issues with dropped connections) and moved to AT&T CallVantage.
I've been there for about 8 months. Although it feels like I'm a customer of the US Government with these people, the service is extremely reliable and the voice quality is excellent.

And it sure wasn't my internet connection.
I've had absolutely zero issues with AT&T Callvantage.
