Via TALK SOUNDS good, just wait until the get over 100,000 customers. They will fall like vonage

I will never understand the desire for people to try to undermine, and be looking for a way to be critical of companies. When they are small and in their growth stage, people rally around them and champion their cause, but as they grow( see Walmart & Microsoft ) they become fair game, and people make sport of blasting them.

ViaTalk is a small Voip provider who actually LISTENS to their customers, gives great customer support, located right here in the US, are feature-rich( see FREE 411 and really cool custom call blocking ) and are not only priced competitively, but are LESS expensive than Vonage/Packet8 etc.

Unlike Vonage, they have not had to go after funding to buy new customers, they are completely self-funded through their hosting company( www.hostrocket.com ) which generally ranks in the top 10 of most hosting review sites.

How do I know all this....I am a ViaTalk customer who took the time to investigate VOIP carriers before I chose ViaTalk.

It is my considered belief, that once ViaTalk reaches the 100,000 customer plateau, they will be the same responsive, customer-driven company they are today.
