It's the best of the BEST.

I don't know why more people don't understand. They're shopping for the cheapest of the cheap, then whine about their problems. You get what you pay for, and VP delivers with a BANG. It's just like, if not BETTER, than our old Verizon POTS line. And, as a bonus, we get more features than GOD. Some people just don't get it. I agree with you totally!

Perfect POTS Replacement

Yes, VoicePulse is as reliable as POTS and is a great replacement. Their customer service gives a sense of security and support that others do not provide. I also have SunRocket but would never consider them for a primary phone service. Their customer service, while friendly, is very slow and non-responsive. VoicePulse is pricey in the VOIP world but well worth it.
