ExtremeRFR join:2005-05-13 West New York, NJ	Voicemail Only use the Control by Phone if your away from home Press *** three times from your home phone and u will go straight to your voicemail but u will need to enter your password for security reason. Did that solve your issue?

Hey Read this

On the Home page of AT&T CallVantage after u signed in.... Click on the left side under CONTROL BY PHONE... then on the bottom u should see " AUTO-RECOGNIZE"
There u can enter your cell phone, your work number or which ever and all u have to do is enter the CONTROL BY PHONE ACCESS # and enter your password.... the system will know its u. Did that answer your question about CONTROL BY PHONE??
