| Tech support woes.. an explanation. Yes, the call centers have been emptied of good techs as Charter is far more interested in Sales than Support these days. I know, I was one of the good techs that left about 8months or so back.
We're sorry we had to go, but the company just kept making bad decisions we couldn't go along with ethically.
Now you're at the mercy of, I'd say 80% Sales people, with two-three weeks tech training. And these might not even have seen a pc before (*not kidding*).
