Since I posted my review, things have gotten even better. My downstream speed is 3megs, and I haven't had any downtime at all. For all the awful things I've heard about SBC Yahoo! DSL, it sure has been awesome for me! | |

this service raWks... and I have the $24.99 rate for 10 more months!!!
Can't wait to re-up on this one. Maybe they will add an even faster tier for me. | |

| telephone tech support I also had almost the same issue with telephon tech support!!
The best support I have found is if you can go online use there online support!
That way you get somebody who will understand you and the answer to your question or issue will be faster than if you call and are palced on hold!!
I have also found the speeds to be slightly less than what was contracted for!!
