Fast as heck, great tech support

This ISP is mega-fast.

I've been using their 9 megabit service ever since it came out and I rarely get under 7.5 megabits from their speedtest server with dslreports.com. Unbelievably fast! I'd like to see Sympatico try that, yeah right.

ACi's tech support is actually pretty good. I've called a few times and they're a lot more helpful and knowledgable than the scripted morons at most other ISPs.

My only complaint about ACi is that sometimes my email takes forever to send, but I use Hotmail mostly anyway so I don't care.

Anyway, all my friends have ACi and I don't know anyone that has problems with them, they're pretty much never down.

has anyone seen if they get basic cable with ordering ONLY ACI's internet?

word of mouth told me that rogers subscribers are able to get basic cable with internet only connections.'

I can confirm that I get channels 43 - 66 (i think thats their premium package) with my internet subscription
