| re: 3mbs dsl i dont know why you didnt switch to extreme, it is the same service as ultra, just faster and you get a static ip...1.4 mbs is actually a choked speed, if they open it up you would be running around 7mbs....but they wont, because they dont have too. (no competition) cable claimes 5 mbs in this area, but i have a wireless laptop and i hit many cable connections and 90% are 1mbs or slower. most are about 600kbs.....SHARING BANDWITH SUCKS !!!!!!!. I highly recommend switching to extreme, unles you dont need the bandwith. |
