static isa expensive, i find them not so useful. upgrading to dynamic expert was the best darn thing i have ever done! sorry me speak no good english due to second language u understand?

Might consider making a review in the U-Verse category, as Max 18 is a U-Verse FTTN/FTTP-based service, not ADSL, and therefore in a different product line.
