| I am sorry to hear of your bad experience. The only issue I can see is their telephone support, which is like HP, Dell and others who have out sourced that service to countries like India. But I am up with faster speeds than Adelphia. If you want a nightmare, try Adelphia. Support is from Buffalo, N.Y. I suffered repeated loss of sync and was down for more than a week. I had to use dial-up to run my real estate appraising business sending 5MB+ file sizes to lenders. Then, they blocked in-port 80 for "security reasons", which caused my mapping software not to work. I value reliability more than tech support. You don't need tech support if the service is reliable. But we shall see how reliable SBC is. So far, I love it (no problems). |
