| hope i can say the same! just bought it hope i can write the same nice review on Vonage soon. i ordered sunday, should get the router tomorrow(thursday) or so says the DHL tracking number. i've had major issues with Comcrap lately(past 2 months). connectivity was horrid. now its just slow speeds everyonce and awhile. i've gone all the way up the chain of command with these guys. currently have a great tech level 2 guy that has done wonders. cut my bill in half(i can fill up my gas tank twice with how much thats saving me). but yea, have seen commercials and whatnot sooo cheap compared to SBC. crossing fingers for this thing to work since i've read some bad/ugly reviews, specially about Vonage tech support. dont you think after seeing the reviews here they'd step up the tech's? hmm kinda reminds me of another company i know....... |
